(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner-tenant has vacated the premises in question and handed over the vacant possession thereof to the respondent-landlord. Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord has contended that possession has since been handed over to him and that he has no objection if the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
