1.
Though the learned counsel representing the petitioner is not present, however, the learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 and 2 has submitted that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the suit filed by the petitioner has been dismissed on 13.10.2021. He has produced a photocopy of the judgment passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda. On comparison of the memo of parties, it is evident that the suit has been decided. 2.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this revision petition is disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the correctness of the impugned order by filing an appeal against the judgment in terms of Order XLIII Rule 1A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
