(ORAL) Present revision petition is for modification of order dated 15.01.2016 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib whereby petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as maintenance allowance from the date of filing application i.e., 25.09.2015 till disposal of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act and Rs.5,500/- as litigation expenses. None appears on behalf of petitioner. Revision was filed in the year 2016. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further. Dismissed in default.
