*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and has been released on interim bail. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sodhi Singh. He admits this fact and further states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 17.1.2020 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions :- (i) He shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing.
(ii) He shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses.
(iii) He shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

CRM-M-1951 of 2020 (iv) He shall surrender his Passport before the Investigating Officer and if he is not having Passport then shall file the affidavit in that regard. In case the petitioner violate any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to him, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
