Civil Revision No.1434 of 2017 (O&M) -2Respondent-landlord had filed a petition on the ground that they wish to built a hospital for convenience of the public at large. It may further be significant to note that similar petition was filed previously also against another tenant i.e. Kailash Chand. He was also ordered to be evicted on the ground of bonafide personal necessity apart from sub-letting which has been upheld by this Court while deciding Civil Revision No.3957 of 2013, decided on 15.07.2013.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find any good ground to interfere with the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the authorities below.
