At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the instant application for suspension of sentence of the applicant has been rendered infructuous as the application has already undergone the sentence awarded to him by the trial Court. In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
