There is no scope for any direction when according to the petitioner there are already sufficient observations made in the writ petition that the decree which the decree holder is trying to put in execution cannot operate to defeat the right of the petitioner. He must use all his resourcefullness where the case is pending for execution and see that the execution is either dismissed or disposed of in the manner in which he seeks for. No further direction is necessary. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of.
