RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order, dated 04.10.2022, Annexure P-11, passed by respondent No.4 and order dated 20.10.2023, Annexure P-13, passed by respondent No.3, whereby recovery of amount of Rs.8,37,381/- has been arbitrarily imposed on the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to her under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
