Learned counsel for the landlord-respondent has stated that during the pendency of the present revision petition the son, for whose personal necessity the eviction petition was filed, has since expired and so has the landlord-respondent and the only surviving heir i.e. daughter of the landlord-respondent has sold the property in dispute. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
