Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have appeared in the selection test for Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV). However, they have not been made aware of final selection list. Petitioners have also served a legal notice, Annexure P-10, in this regard. He further submits that petitioners shall be satisfied if a decision is taken thereon. On the asking of the court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that the concerned authority may look into the legal notice, Annexure P-10 and pass a speaking order within one month.
