Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 18.8.2007 (Annexure P-6) and 13.2.2010 (Annexure P-7).

Heard.

Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the parties be directed to maintain status quo with regard to possession and alienation qua the suit property during the pendency of the suit.

Accordingly, the impugned orders are modified to the extent that the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to possession and alienation qua the suit property. However, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously.
