RAJESH BINDAL, J Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the respondents/defendants have themselves produced letter of appointment of the petitioner on regular basis dated 27.8.1980, as Ex.D-39, which was sought to be corroborated by proving that there was tampering in the service record regarding his date of appointment, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
