RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.7, dated 25.12.2024, under Sections 147, 153 and 164 of Railway Act and 3 and 4 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966, registered at Police Station R.P.F.Palwal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as such. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
