(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that in similarly situated cases of employees, this Court vide order dated 22.11.2019 passed in CWP No.34157 of 2019 directed the respondents-Competent Authority to decide the claim of the employees within a specified period.

In the instant case, the petitioners have not moved any representation for revision of pension/family pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and consequential release of arrears of differential amount w.e.f. 01.01.2016 with interest.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would serve the legal notice upon POONAM BHATT 2023.01.25 17:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original

CWP No.1535 of 2023 -2the Competent Authority-respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks and in the event of doing so, the Competent Authority be directed to consider the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate representation/legal notice within two weeks.
