The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.70 dated 15.05.2016 registered under Sections 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka and for quashing of the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fazilka.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case stands acquitted vide order dated 04.01.2022 passed by the Trial Court. The said fact has also been verified from the e-Court website of District Court, Fazilka.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
