In view of above, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib to consider and decide representation dated 09.01.2024 (Annexure P-4) and to take necessary action if so warranted in accordance with law.
