(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for modification of impugned order dated 03.02.2017 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur whereby application filed by petitioner/ wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of maintenance allowance was dismissed qua maintenance allowance. 2.

Petition herein arises out of a matrimonial discord between the parties. None appears on behalf of petitioner-wife, while on the other hand, learned counsel representing respondent-husband states that parties have amicably settled their differences and nothing survives for adjudication before this Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
