There is no justification for approaching this Court against the order of closing the cross-examination of witnesses DW1 and DW4 recording the opportunity as nil. The power exists with the trial Judge himself to reopen the case and allow for witnesses to be cross-examined. The procedure has been set down by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. The petitioners will approach the trial Court for appropriate orders for following the procedure laid down by this Court.
2.
The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
