G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) On 16.01.2017, following order was passed:- "Perusal of the orders passed by the Courts below would go on to show that the ejectment has been ordered on the ground of bona fide requirement and a finding has been recorded that the landlady is residing in the area of 125 sq. yds., which is situated in the industrial area whereas the premises in question are a part of larger premises measuring 1750/- sq. yds. It has also been noticed that the landlady is a retired Class-I officer and her son is abroad and premises are also required for him. A perusal of site plan (Annexure P-1) would also go on to show that the room in occupation of the petitioner is as such which would not facilitate common occupation.
Keeping in view the above, counsel submits that he be granted time to file affidavit to vacate the premises by 31.12.2017.

C.R. No. 150 of 2017 (O & M) wherein, it has been undertaken that the petitioner would vacate by 31.12.2017. He would further continue paying the rent and electricity charges till the time of his occupation.
Keeping in view the above, the present revision petition is disposed of in view of the undertaking. The order of eviction shall not be executed till then. It is, however, made clear that in case of violation of above undertaking, it will be open to the respondent-landlord to take possession through the Rent Controller and possession will be delivered, even if police help is required.
