+2 & The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR No.566 dated 25.12.2019 under Sections 409 of IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Line, Kaithal, District Kaithal (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kulwinder Singh submits that in the present case the untrace report has been presented and the same has been accepted by the Area Magistrate. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required and the petition is accordingly, disposed off.
