RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the private respondents and register an FIR. It is also prayed that official respondents be directed to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members by taking appropriate steps with a further direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to decide the representations, dated 21.09.2022 and 06.08.2022, Annexures P-2 and P-3.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 06.09.2022, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana., who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, District Panipat, to look into the representation dated MEENU 2023.01.17 14:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
