However, perusal of the paperbook reveals that no documents have been received from anywhere and none had put in appearance to contest the same. Even today, none has made appearance on behalf of the parties.

Faced with this situation, no purpose would be served to keep this revision petition pending. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived, if need be. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
