******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after released of the land to the petitioner as per order dated 16.07.2003 and 02.07.2009 passed in CWP-1347-1993, petitioners are claiming charges of `4,000/- per square meter for the passage.

The grievance of the petitioners as submitted by their learned counsel makes out a separate cause of action for which he has to avail separate legal remedy. No further action is required to be take in this petition.

Dismissed.
