The present revision petition has been filed challenging the interim order dated 09.01.2017 whereby the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) had been dismissed. 2.

During the pendency of the present revision petition, the main suit itself stands decreed with costs, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Ludhiana. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
