In RFA No.233 of 2022, an application (CM-450-CI-2022) to bring on record the legal heirs of Harpal, Lali @ Sunita, Chiranji Lal and Jagdish has been filed.

The application lacks material particulars. The relationship between the proposed LRs with the deceased has not been disclosed. Hence, the application is disposed with the liberty to the appellants to file appropriate application before the executing Court. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
