The order passed is set aside and the case is directed to be restored on file. I dispense with notice to the respondents considering the fact that it is merely at the stage of issue of summons and the order that has been passed was for non-supply of correct details of address. The parties are close relatives and I do not think any serious prejudice will be caused if the suit is restored and notice is taken to the respondents. The petitioner will furnish the necessary details within two weeks from today and the Court will issue summon on the address furnished by the petitioner to the date fixed for hearing. 2.
