This is a contempt petition under Sections 11 and 12 read with Section 14 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed CWP No.34753 of 2024 in which proceedings before the Haryana State Commission for Scheduled Castes have been ordered to be stayed till the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas which are available to him in the said writ petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5.
