(ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 13.01.2017 (Annexure P-2), whereby the application for ad interim injunction, at the instance of the plaintiff under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the trial of the suit is over and the suit is adjourned to 21.01.2019 for final arguments. In view of above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.
