The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of aforementioned FIR.

The dispute in nutshell is that the petitioner had allegedly defrauded the complainant of an amount of Rs.8 crores.

Learned counsel for the complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that she has no objection in case the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.

Learned State counsel has informed that the complainant has a sent a letter to the SSP concerned regarding the compromise effected between the parties.

Having regard to the aforestated position, wherein the matter stands amicably resolved amongst the parties and the amount in question had already been returned to the complainant, the petition is accepted and the petitioner in the event of his arrest is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer.
