The defendants are aggrieved that their side has been closed and an opportunity must be given to them to examine the witnesses. The order already passed is set aside on condition that the defendants pay `10,000/- as costs to the plaintiffs within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order failing which the order already passed shall stand confirmed. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of at the state of admission dispensing with notice to the respondents.
