The grievance of the petitioner is that his evidence has been closed even before all the witnesses are examined. The orders passed are set aside and the plaintiff shall be at liberty of bringing additional evidence. The Court will set appropriate time before when the evidence is to be given and if it finds the petitioner to be still in breach, it can close his evidence and dispose of the case in accordance with law. 2.
The revision petition is disposed of at the stage of admission dispensing with notice to the respondents.
