Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.93 dated 25.12.2020 registered under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana. The allegations against the petitioner are that he was apprehended with a .315 bore country-made pistol and one live cartridge. The investigation of the case is complete and challan has been filed. Learned State Counsel states that there are two other cases against the petitioner including one under Section 124-A, 153-A, 120-B IPC and Sections 10, 16 and 18 of the UAP Act.

The investigation is complete and the challan has been filed. The recovery has already been effected. The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2020.

In view of the above and keeping in mind the fact that the RENU 2022.01.25 11:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-2114 of 2022 (O&M) -2investigation of the case is complete, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars. Hence, petition is allowed. Petitioner - Sukhkiran Singh @ Sukha is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/ Duty Magistrate concerned.
