*** In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent in the Court on 18.7.2019 that the parties have compromised the matter and they have filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent where statements have been recorded on first motion, no cause of action survives to the applicant, therefore, the present application is dismissed. However, in case the applicant feels aggrieved on any count with regard to the pendency of the divorce petition, she may approach the Court again in accordance with law.
