***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of order dated 13.12.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned trial Court in case FIR No.11 dated 10.02.2018, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur, whereby the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed person.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the trial Court and hence he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, he submits that an appropriate direction be issued that his HIMANI GUPTA 2023.06.03 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court expeditiously and preferably within seven days from the day of filing of application for grant of regular bail, in accordance with law. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
