JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2, to take appropriate action against respondent Nos.3 to 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner - company deals in Inter State Transport of Goods and private respondent Nos.3 to 5, are the owners and drivers of the truck with whom the goods worth lacks of rupees were entrusted to be delivered at Siliguri but the same have not been delivered and they have misappropriated the entire goods. CRM-M-1810-2020 (O&M) further submits that an application/representation dated 04.11.2019 (Annexure P2), has been sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali but nothing has been done till date.
