(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide the dispute raised by him under clause 15.2 of the contract entered into between the parties for the purposes of up-gradation, operation and maintenance of the Water Lily Fast Food Counter at Ropar.
