AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 03.01.2015 of the Lower Appellate Court setting aside the status quo granted by the trial Court in a suit filed by the petitioner-plaintiffs for injunction.

This Court, on 23.03.2015 while issuing notice of motion again ordered the status quo. The suit is stated to be pending for defendant's evidence.

Learned counsel for the respondent-defendant submitted that he is not averse in case the evidence is adduced as early as possible.
