The petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from the FIR No. 766 dated 17.11.2021, registered under Section 323, 506 & 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act,1959 at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat, District Panipat. 2.
In substance, the case of prosecution is that when the first informant was going to his shop early in the morning in his car, three young men, armed with weapons, beat him up. On raising alarm, the neighbours came and rescued the first informant.
