Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Advocate for respondents. ***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the action of the respondents, who failed to maintain transparency in the public employment inspite of adopting M.D. University Service Rules and changed the criteria for recruitment of Non-Teaching Employees in 18th meeting of the Executive Council on 21.11.2018; further for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revoke the recommendation and opinion of the DPC qua the post of Assistant in its meeting held on 05.12.2019.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
