Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana assisted by Mr. Mukesh Kumar, District Elementary Education Officer (now Incharge District Education Officer, Nuh) **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 26.12.2022 (Annexure P-4), vide which the petitioners have been temporarily adjusted to other Schools, which are situated at far of places from their present places of posting. In compliance of the order dated 23.01.2023 passed by this Court, Mr. Mukesh Kumar, District Elementary Education Officer (now Incharge District Education Officer, Nuh), is present in person in Court. He submits that vide order dated 30.01.2023, the order impugned herein has been cancelled and the petitioners have been allowed to join their previous places of posting. He further submits that in compliance of the said order, the petitioners have also joined their new/earlier places of posting.
