******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his legal remedy for recovery of rent in the Civil Court. He submits that Appellate Authority may be directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months.
Copy of this order be conveyed to the Appellate Authority, Chandigarh for compliance.
