Fearing for their lives and liberty at the hands of the private respondents, the petitioners have come up before this Court seeking protection through the State, by invoking their fundamental rights of life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

Notices served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. 3.

On instructions from SI Mohan Singh, counsel for the State submits that they have interacted with the private respondents and prima facie they did not find any threat perception to the petitioners from the private respondents. 4.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file representation to the concerned authority if they feel any threat.

Given above, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file representation to the concerned authority who shall given them protection on day-today analysis of the ground realities or upon the oral or written request of the petitioner.

This order shall eclipse after one week from today. 7.

There would be no need for a certified copy of this order, and any Advocate for the Petitioners and State can download this order and other relevant particulars from the official web page of this court and attest it to be a true copy.
