This petition has been filed by the landlord-petitioner challenging orders dated 24.04.2002 and 27.11.2003 passed by learned Rent Controller, Kaithal and learned Appellate Authority, Kaithal, respectively, whereby application for ejectment filed by the petitioner was dismissed. Learned counsel for respondent-tenant submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. A fresh tenancy has been created and the rent in question has been paid in advance upto January, 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been telephonically informed by the petitioner that the matter has been settled. The present petition, it is submitted, has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
