Civil Revision No. 1745 of 2014 (O&M) -2Civil Revision No. 1802 of 2014 (O&M) 24.2.2014 passed by the Executing Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per the order dated 26.10.1984, Dhanvir Singh had 1/10 share in the 2 bighas 19 biswas. The Executing Court had erred in directing the Local Commissioner to submit report qua the entire land measuring 11 bighas 5 biswas.

As requested by the learned counsel for the parties, the Executing Court is directed to pass a fresh order, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, impugned order dated 24.2.2014 is set aside and the Executing Court is directed to pass a fresh order, in accordance with law.
