The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.134 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections 115(2), 118(1) and 190 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Nangal, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1).
