The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 18.08.2023 (Annexure P-27) whereby he has been terminated from service. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is stigmatic and it would affect his future prospect. The respondent has terminated service of the petitioner without three months notice, thus, the respondent is liable to pay three months salary which comes to Rs.3.03 lakhs. The belongings of the petitioner are lying in the flat allotted to him. The respondents may be directed to permit him to take away his belongings. 3.
Notice of motion.

Mr.Vivek Singla, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 3 to 5 and waives service. In the wake of statement of both sides, the present petition stands disposed of. The respondents shall pay three months salary to the petitioner within two weeks from today and the petitioner would vacate his flat within two weeks and he would be at liberty to take away his belongings.
