In the appeal filed by the petitioner, the petitioner appears to have filed application for withdrawal of suit with liberty to file a fresh application to implead Union as a party and some additional documents. The applications have been disposed of and also the appeal itself appears to have been dismissed. The petitioner has filed a second appeal against the judgment. The revision petition is against the orders passed in the interlocutory applications. There can be no independent civil revision against orders passed in the interlocutory applications when there is already a second appeal brought before this Court. The correctness of the orders passed in the interim applications will be made subject of appeal and stated as substantial questions if there arise such questions. The civil revision is incompetent. 3.

C.R. No.2022 of 2016 -2raised an objection for challenging the correctness of the orders passed in interim applications in the second appeal. Registry shall not perform any judicial function and the petitioner is not required to comply with any of the directions. He is bound to make an appropriate representation on any objection taken by the registry and direct the matter to be placed before the Court for appropriate orders. 4.
