Present:
Mr.H.S.Dhindsa, Advocate, for the petitioners.
1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Challenge in the present civil revision is to the order dated 19.01.2015 whereby the application of the petitioners for clubbing of the cases titled as "Dr.Pritpal Singh vs. Kulwinder Singh & Ors." with the case tilted as "Kulwinder Singh vs. Harbans Kaur" pending adjudication before learned Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.) Ludhiana.
Learned counsel at the very outset fairly conceded that in view of the third condition enshrined in the 3rd para of the impugned order would be a bar for clubbing both the above stated cases. However, he submits that both the cases can be directed to be tried simultaneously by the same Presiding Officer.

Civil Revision No.2035 of 2015 (O&M) [2] There appears to be substance in the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the above said cases be directed to be tried simultaneously by the same Presiding Officer so that there might not be any contradictory findings and the witnesses, who are common in both the cases, should not visit the court multiple times for deposition. In view of the above, it is directed that cases titled as "Dr.Pritpal Singh vs. Kulwinder Singh & Ors." and "Kulwinder Singh vs. Harbans Kaur" which are pending before learned Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.) Ludhiana, shall be tried by one and the same Presiding Officer simultaneously and the judgments of both the cases shall be pronounced on the same day to rule out any contradictory findings.
Disposed of.
