The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the present revision petition be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Punjab Wakf Board v. Baba Santa Singh and Others Civil Revision No. 7057 of 2008, decided on 22.02.2023), which reads as under:- "After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present civil revision petition along with CM-26299-CII-2008 and CM-26300-CII-2008 may kindly be disposed having been not pressed any further but in case, there is any fresh violation by the respondents, appropriate liberty to given to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy. Ordered accordingly."
