PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) While issuing notice of motion on 16th of January, 2023 following order was passed :- "Apprehending his arrest in FIR No. 93 dated 23.11.2022 for offences punishable under Section 458,323,325,427,148,149 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Sherpur, District Sangrur, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that subsequent to the registration of the FIR the parties have reconciled the differences and reliance is being placed upon compromise dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure P-4).

Notice of motion.

Mr. Charanpreet Singh, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court accepts notice and admits the fact of compromise between the parties.

To come up on 17.4.2023.

CRM-M-2108-2023 -2PHHC:052562 surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. As and when called, the petitioner shall join the investigation. He shall abide by the conditions enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. To be heard along with CRM-M-56725-2022."

Ld. State Counsel on instructions from ASI Charanjit Singh submits that in view of compromise between the parties custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. 3.

In the circumstances, the order dated 16.01.2023 is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Present petition is disposed off.
